3. The Company shall notify the User without delay when it has performed Correction, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when it has decided not to perform Correction, etc.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
1. If the Company is requested by the person to suspend the use or erase personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") for the reason that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it has been acquired by wrongful means, the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay.

Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if Suspension of Use, etc. requires a large amount of expense or if it is otherwise difficult to perform Suspension of Use, etc., and alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the User can be taken, these alternative measures shall be taken.

Collected information is limited to statistical purposes and does not identify individuals.
